Description:
this product absorb water from the plastic raw material in the plastic molding process. eliminate the moisture causing the bubbles, moire, cracks, spots and all problems, physical and mechnical properties of the products has no adverse impact, saving power, improving productivity and reducing the costs.
The proportion and method:
this masterbatch is mixed directly with damp plastic raw materials, then to make products processing production. as for blowing film, add ratio 1-2%; as sheet and injection molding, add 2-5%. the specific rate can be added by your request.

Precautions:
1.please check carefully before the packaging is intact.
2. the product has a strong water absorption, should be used as soon as possible after the package opening, and good sealing portion not used packaging. if there is leakage, broken package, product white phenomenon, should immediately stop using it.
3. after mixing raw materials, it should be used within five hours, with defoamers when the weather is hot and humid. it be used within 8 hours.
4.before the processing of products, this product can not be for drying operation, so as not to cause product failure.
5. can be saved for three months in a cool and dry conditions.
